The data connection interface enables connection to any ODBC-compliant data source (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, Access, Excel, etc.) running on Windows, Linux, UNIX, etc. This flexibility enables it optimise inventory across different systems; for example, finished goods stocks may be managed by an ERP system but the vendor-managed inventory may be managed by a separate database.
